GENERAL SITE INFORMATION
CAPACITY & SEATING
Our venue can hold up to 200 guests per event. With ample parking on site. We will provide white padded chairs and round tables. The round tables will comfortably seat 7 people for a meal, and possibly as many as 8.
There is space for 60 vehicles connected to the venue site. Additionally there is parking nearby but will require an easy walk taking about two minutes.
DEPOSITS & INSURANCE
There is a deposit for 15% of your total including add ons. The deposit will be required for confirmation of your reservation. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the day of the event.
We require an Event Policy for $1,000,000 coverage naming Brim Properties, LLC and Daniel and Teresa Brim as the additionally insured.
You can purchase an event policy with $1,000,000 liability coverage that covers alcohol liability at Wedsafe.com for $175.00.
A cancellation two weeks prior to the scheduled event will get an 60% refund of their total price. A cancellation less than two weeks prior to their event will get a 0% refund of their package price.
Our facility is available for your use from 10 AM to 10 PM on the day of your event. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $60 for each extra hour and at the availability of The Meadow staff.
Our venue is available year round, but will have limited availability outside of the wedding season beginning the first weekend in May, through the last weekend in September. If you have a special request for a date outside that time frame, please contact us to discuss availability and varying prices.
A one to three hour wedding rehearsal can be scheduled for any time during our normal hours when we are not hosting an event.
The venue coordinator will make sure the necessary supplies (ie chairs, tables, trash cans, signs, etc) are in the tent the morning of your event, but it will be up to the renter to set it all up and return it to the place they found it. All clean up is the renter's responsibility in accordance with the cleaning guidelines provided prior to the event.
We are located right in the heart of Lynden with easy access to Washington State Route 539. We are located directly west of WECU Bank on West Front St. Our location is 2 hours from SeaTac airport, 1 hour from Vancouver airport, and 20 minutes north of Bellingham airport.
You are free to choose a self-contained caterer, bring a barbecue on site, or have a potluck, however there are no food preparation or refrigeration facilities available at this time.
Wine, beer, & champagne are allowed and require a banquet permit, as well as an approved licensed server.
Animals are not allowed on the premises with the exception of documented service animals, which are welcome.
SMOKING & SPARKLERS & CONFETTI
Smoking, sparklers, and confetti are not allowed anywhere on the property.
